Not a huge deal: 1/do a factory reset on the satellite (pin in the back) 2/remove it from the web access page (it will say unavailable as it boots up and give a button to remove 3/Re sync (either add it from the web interface or do the manual: hit sync button on main router and then hit sync button on satellite ...Aug 26, 2018 · Both Satellites are now showing Wired and Connection=Good. See if it syncs. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
